Description
ESD static eliminating control systems are am advanced product that integrates an electrostatic discharge test with an electronic access control system and computerized management software. This access control system features excellent control functions for mandatory testing, which avoids situations where there has been no testing, or multiple people entering, while only one has been tested. It is ideal for locations requiring antistatic and static testers, such as SMT production line control zones, semiconductor dust free rooms, high technology research and development locations, static control zone in defense and military, explosive processing areas, aerospace maintenance and calibration areas, pharmaceutical factory static control zones, hospital control zones, biochemistry industry static control zones and more.
In many ESD protected areas (EPA), the testing of static shoes and static wrist straps are conducted by means of manual entry monitoring, which is often not easy to carry out, and full of mistakes, as well as causes potential flaws in person grounding. Each of these flaws are solved directly and effectively using an antistatic control system in order to ensure people are well grounded before they enter the EPA area. Features of the antistatic control system:
1. The testing authorization has 5 kinds according to the testing needs, and it can be set at individual access levels for the following:
1). Free of test for VIP
2). Fingerprint (ID or IC card) + antistatic wrist strap;
3). Fingerprint (ID or IC card) + antistatic shoes;
4). Fingerprint (ID or IC card) + antistatic wrist strap or shoes;
5). Fingerprint (ID or IC card) + antistatic wrist strap + antistatic shoes
2. The communication code has complete functions for authorization, inquiry, and alarm. It can also record the testing result and automatically generate a report. According to the report, users can view untested workers and the testing results of the tested workers, as well as the results of antistatic wrist straps and shoes.
3. The card reader can read ID cards, or an IC card and fingerprint.
4. The access control system matches smart channel turnstiles, such as a tripod turnstile, swing turnstile, wing turnstile, or an electrically controlled or magnet lock. When workers leave the area, they simply need to push the exit button, turn the lock, swipe their card or simply directly leave the room.
5. Antistatic access control system records can be used for attendance management within class settings or other settings where attendance needs to be recorded.
6. The software has a self-storage function that can store up to 300000 testing records when the power is off. The LCD display can display the employee's job number, testing results and other information.
