Replaceable Tip Tweezers, ESD Anti-Static Industrial Tweezers
Some applications will easily deform tweezer structure, namely the tips, until they can no longer be used and need to be replaced. Although tweezers are inexpensive, costs of replacing them do add up over time.
Because of that, we developed the ESD series of tweezers that are both anti-static and feature replaceable tips. These tweezers are made of PPS (a special conductive plastic), with a surface resistance of up to 108Ω, making them ideal for use in electrostatic-sensitive components and integrated circuits. In addition, because the tips are replaceable, the service life is significantly extended, and different tips allow the tweezers to be used for different applications.

The ESD-259 tweezers have pointed tips made of special conductive plastic with a high surface resistance and hardness. ESD-259 tip-replaceable stainless steel tweezers are suitable for clamping precision parts, such as clock maintenance.

ESD-250 anti-static tweezers have a surface resistance of 108Ω, which is ideal for electrostatic environments. The flat tip-edge makes them suitable for holding high-density integrated chips and cylindrical components.

The ESD-2A long broad tip-replaceable anti-static tweezers are made of special 302 stainless steel with an excellent corrosion and acid-alkali resistance. The tweezers have a smooth surface and light handle with good elasticity, allowing them to accurately clamp fine components.

The cross-sectional area of the tip on these tweezers is 3mm2. The contact area between the tip and the clamped objects is large, thus stabilizing the fixed items. ESD-OO tip-replaceable stainless steel non-magnetic tweezers are suitable for clamping components and integrated circuits.
