Features:

PLC controlled feeding, proportioning accuracy up to 5‰.
Control system ensures that boards are even, deviation under 0.1mm.
Meshes are evenly arrange inside the broads, which assure much better mechanical performance.
Follow-up cutting-off machine: friction dynamic transmission, grants better cutting accuracy, deviation under 1mm.
New dryer design: conduction oil and hot air convection drying process; evaporated water energy consumption reduced from 1000 kcal/kg to 800 kcal/kg, which is energy-saving. Side cooling mechanism applied to avoid over-burning, and ensure drying quality.
