To produce high-quality ready-mix mortar efficiently, Huangang offers a fully automated dry mixing solution. This dry mixing equipment set can deliver annual outputs ranging from 80,000 to 300,000 tons, achieving hourly capacities between 8 and 30 tons, depending on the selected configuration. Two configurations are available: tower-type and stair-type. The tower-type configuration positions raw material silos at the top, using gravity to streamline material flow through precise weighing scales, additive dosing platforms, and advanced mixers, before moving downwards into finished product silos, bulk loading systems, and automated packaging equipment. This layout ensures precise ingredient distribution and consistent mixing quality, all managed through intelligent automated control. Alternatively, the stair-type places raw material silos beside the main production unit, reducing initial investment costs but requiring slightly larger floor space. Although economically advantageous, this option still provides accurate batching, consistent mixing, and reliable packaging, suitable for projects where cost-effectiveness and site flexibility are key considerations.
Both configurations can be seamlessly integrated with supplementary sand processing or wet-sand drying equipment to produce a wide variety of specialized dry mortars, customized according to specific product formulations and requirements. Advanced automation ensures accuracy in ingredient batching, thorough mixing, and reliable packaging, enabling operators to produce diverse mortar types efficiently and consistently.

The parameters represent only the capacity of the mixers. Actual production output will also depend on the performance of packaging and palletizing systems (calculated based on two shifts of 16 hours per day, 300 working days per year).

This ensures all powder handling occurs in a fully enclosed environment, significantly improving working conditions, environmental safety, and maximizing the recovery of raw materials.
- The dry mortar production lines incorporate mixers that meet international standards, delivering consistent and uniform mixing results with precisely controllable mixing times. For specialized materials, mixers can be equipped with optional high-speed dispersing blades ("high-speed choppers"), enabling effective mixing and dispersion of fibers, pigments, or other additives as needed.
- Our weighing and batching technology provides rapid, precise, and fully automatic measurement. The dry mortar system is designed with two distinct dosing modules: one for primary raw materials and another dedicated specifically to additives, ensuring high-precision dosing for consistent product quality.
- Each powder storage silo is equipped with safety and monitoring devices, including bag-type pulse dust collectors, explosion-proof safety valves, and high/low-level material indicators. Raw materials and finished mortar are stored in high-durability silos built with corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials. These silos ensure safe and efficient material handling throughout the production process.
The bucket elevator is used for vertical transportation of raw materials, lifting them from a lower level to the inlet of storage silos for efficient handling and processing.

During the batching process, the system precisely measures raw material quantities according to predefined formulations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in mortar production.
The finished product silo allows for preliminary quality control by temporarily storing dry mortar before packaging. This makes it possible to identify issues such as material segregation or clumping. If quality problems are detected, packaging and subsequent processes can be stopped immediately to prevent defective products from being released.
The electronic control system automatically corrects underweight or overweight batches, accurately measures different raw materials, and allows individual adjustment of tolerance ranges for each discharge. It also automatically allocates production batches based on mixer capacity. Additionally, the system generates production reports, simplifying data management and record-keeping.
