Zinc Die Castings
The raw materials we utilize in the production of our zinc die castings include ADC12 and Zarmark 3# (zinc alloy 3#). Upon customer request, we can also employ other material grades for production.
- Aluminum alloys include: ADC12, ADC6, ADC3, A380, A383, A384.
- Zinc alloys include: Zamark 5#, ZA8, ZA27.
All of our raw materials comply with Rohs environment protection standards. Our raw material suppliers are Guangdong Shangxing Metal Material Co., ltd., Dongguan Qingniao Metal Material Co., ltd.
Zamak 3#
Zamak 3# is a zinc alloy grade which is the most popular raw material for the production of zinc die castings. Zamak series alloys are often used due to their castability and dimensional stability.
It is suitable for making parts of all kinds of automobiles, motorcycles, heat dissipation, computers, televisions, electric tools and lamps. The material standard is Japanese JIS.
