LPG metering and loading skid is mainly used for loading / unloading and metering of LPG road tanker or railcar. Considering that LPG is a high-pressure medium with characteristics of flammability and explosion, this LPG metering and loading skid is designed with a higher safety level. The functional pipelines, instrument valves and electrical devices are all integrated on one frame, which are assembled and welded in our workshop, as well as subjected to flaw detection and pressure tests, thus ensuring a reliable quality and system integrity while reducing on-site installation and commissioning time.
This LPG metering and loading skid is provided with two types, i.e. bottom loading type for road tanker and top loading type for railcar.
Features
- This metering and loading skid is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EPC and international standards and specifications, particularly can meet the requirements of customer’s project. The safety design meets the requirements of SIS and HAZOP while the electrical system satisfies explosion protection requirements of ATEX and IEC.
- PROVER connections are configurable for calibration of the flow meter.
- Static grounding control unit can be equipped to real-time monitor the earthing status of road tanker or railcar.
- The metering and loading skid can be connected to DCS and SIS systems, achieving monitoring and controlling.
- Main pipelines include liquid phase pipeline, vapor return line, nitrogen purging line, and instrument air pipeline.
