The skid mounted LPG filling station is an integrated modular system designed for the storage, transfer, and filling of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for vehicles and gas cylinders. Pre-assembled for immediate deployment, the filling system is ideal for use in areas requiring efficient, compact, and mobile LPG distribution.
Our skid unit includes a full set of essential components: LPG storage tank, unloading arm, hydrocarbon pump, electronic filling scale, piping valves, gas leak detectors, automatic control system, and electrical control panel. The entire system is mounted on a single skid base for ease of transport and setup.

It is widely applicable in LPG vehicle fueling, bottled gas refilling, and small-scale distribution sites, providing a safe, reliable, and cost-effective option for LPG handling.
- Unloading function: When an LPG tanker arrives on-site, the unloading arm connects to the system. With assistance from the hydrocarbon pump, LPG is transferred through liquid and vapor pipelines into the storage tank for secure containment.
- Filling function: LPG from the storage tank flows through the liquid-phase pipeline, driven by the pump, into the electronic filling scale, where cylinders are filled. Excess LPG is returned to the storage tank via a recirculation line, forming a closed loop system.
- Safety design: All storage tanks and pipelines are equipped with manual release valves and safety valves. Higher-tier models also include emergency shut-off valves and gas leak detectors, supporting both manual and automatic safety discharge modes.
- Electrical requirements: The hydrocarbon pump and electronic filling scale require power input at 380V and 220V, ensuring stable operation of the system.
