Chenille Embroidery Machine, 1000rpm
The TES chenille embroidery machine is designed for chenille embroidery, as well as combining sequin application, flat embroidery, and other additional devices.
Features
- Maximum speed of 1000rpm
- Ultra-low noise and ultra-low vibration at high operation speed, meets wear resistance requirements at 1350 rpm.
- The chenille embroidery machine will easily and automatically switch between chain stitching and chenille embroidery. With 9 needle level heights, it is easy to obtain different embroidery positions.
- The needle bar, nozzle and presser foot are separated. This design is ideal for ensuring high precision positioning and ensuring replacement is quick and easy.
- Equipped automatic blow cleaning system, air-cooled motor and overheating protection system.
- Service life of 10 years
- The full structure is reinforced with high precision dowel pins, with a head interval and X, Y axis location accuracy within 0.05mm.
