Laser reflector mirror is a critical component in the laser transmission system, it works together with focus lens to form a complete optical path in the CO2 laser system. The laser mirror gives laser equipment more interactive space without disrupting the laser beam, while reserving as much of the laser power.
Silicon total reflector is the most common used reflective mirror for laser system, due to its good optical thermal properties and high reflectivity. Dielectric film reflector is a new type of total reflectors using single crystal Si as substrate, on which dielectric material is coated to reflect CO2 laser. It is featured by high reflectivity, lightweight, and high resistance to scratch and oxidation.
