1. Traction Motor Equipped with SKF bearing and HEIDEHAIN encoder, the permanent magnet synchronous motor enjoys high efficiency and great traction ability. The lighter car also contributes to a larger loading capacity.
Adopting a simple beam support structure, the Kasper lift has a more reasonable mechanical structure and beautiful space layout.
Small-diameter shafts are used to pull the pulley, along with reverse wheels, counterweight wheels and small-size engine, all of them leading to small shaft occupation.
With a scientific design, the Kasper elevator system is well suited for use in places that have a low pit and no pit or have no space for a machine room.
The KA-GDB traction machine and accessories meet the EN81 requirements.
2. High-strength Steel Bars Coated with polyurethane material TPU, the steel bar shows a good resistant ability to rust. The high-strength steel bar is also eco-friendly and requires no use of lubricating oil, contributing to a long lifespan.
Not only that, the friction between metal and the groove has also been cut. It offers a quiet working environment while simultaneously does no damage to the traction wheel.
The elevator system is also outfitted with a magnetic detector for testing damaged bars.
