Description
The cooling pad making machines consist of a spray gluing machine, paper cutting machine, corrugating machine, glue spreader, drying oven, sawing machine and electric control equipment. The entire production line is driven by electricity which makes it safe and gives it a daily output of 70 CBM.
- The drying light box of spray glue machine is made of high quality stainless steel, making it rust resistant, even in high temperature environments.
- The drying light box uses 8-bit control, which is easy to operate and ensures the temperature is more balanced. This also improves the heating efficiency, decreases the power consumption and improves the cooling pad quality.
- Corrugated machines use a wear resistant sleeve made of special materials, thus giving them a higher temperature resistance and a longer service life.
- The drying oven uses an internal circulation multidirectional heating mode, which quickly increases the temperature, has a high efficiency, and reduces drying costs.
- We widened the glue spreader, improving the work efficiency and decreasing the work strength.
