The SRH homogenizer is a kind of integrated emulsion equipment, commonly incorporated with an emulsifying machine and tank. Based on the stator-rotor structure, rotor turns at high speeds to create strong shear force. It can disperse, emulsify and homogenize ingredients mixed with immiscible liquid, solid and gas in a flash. After recirculation, high quality final products are attained.

Three-stage Homogenizer

Composed of three sets of stator-rotor, the three-stage homogenizer can process materials three times for better emulsion fineness and higher efficiency.
