Rotation conveyors are used to change the orientation of glass panels during transfer, allowing for 90°, 180°, or 270° rotation depending on the production needs. Structure and Functions

Glass transfer section

Roller wheels move the panels along the line, powered by a reduction motor through a chain system.
The structure supports a wide range of glass sizes, both large and small.
Transfer speed can be adjusted with an inverter for better control.
Driven by a reliable asynchronous motor for consistent performance.

Rotation mechanism

Equipped with a cross-rotation unit that allows ±90° turning, powered by a reduction motor.
The rotating frame can move up and down via pneumatic cylinders, allowing it to lift during rotation and lower for uninterrupted glass flow.
Magnetic sensors detect the cylinder position during vertical movement.
A photoelectric switch ensures accurate stop positioning after rotation.
