An expanding file divider and cover assembly machine is specifically used to combine the inner and outer pages of an expanding file. A double head parallel structure is used to achieve simultaneous welding, which can also be changed into an independent welding.
Compared to traditional screw fastening technology, this assembly equipment transfers vibration to the plastic processing products through the use of a welding head. With a high vibration frequency of 20,000 times/minute, high temperature, dissolving, cross flowing and solidifying processes are all done quickly on the plastic surface, often in as little as a single second.
Main advantages- The two machine heads are parallel, thus able to carry out simultaneous welding or independent welding.
