Aluminum plastic composite pipe is separated into five layers which are cross-linked polyethylene, hot-melt adhesive, aluminum pipe, hot-melt adhesive and cross-linked polyethylene in inside out order. The aluminum pipe is added to strength the composite pipe so that the finished pipe has both plastic ductility and metallic strength. Compared to regular plastic pipes, aluminum plastic composite pipe is more suitable to use as heat transmission pipes due to its higher temperature and pressure resistance, lower expansion coefficient and anti-permeability.

Application
The aluminum plastic composite pipe can be made into cold water pipe, hot water pipe and gas pipe and widely used in fields of drinking water system, natural gas, liquefied gas and coal gas transporting pipe systems.

Available caliber diameter: 16mm-32mm
Connection methods: brass compression fittings or brass press fittings

Features
