Diamond Wire Saw
Diamond wire saw is composed of diamond beads which is stringed together via a high strength steel wire. Diamond beads are produced by coating diamond powder on the column steel rings by three types of techniques: electroplating, sintering and vacuum brazing. They are reinforced with rubber or plastic injection and also the springs on the steel wire.
The diameter of diamond wire saw is from 7.5mm to 11.5mm to fit all kind of application conditions like cutting of marble, granite, limestone, sandstone and more.
