For some aluminum extrusion profiles manufacturers with limited space, it's better to use single billet preheating furnace to save space occupied by processing equipment and materials and the cutting process of the billets is often conducted after the preheating of billets, in which, hot cutting circular blade saw is used for cutting the preheated billets, under this condition, no aluminum sawing solutions are required for aluminum cutting before a billet preheating process, which is space and cost saving. Hot saw machine provides round aluminum ingots with smooth end-surface to the aluminum extrusion press where the preheated long aluminum billets cut into short ones and then the shorts ones conveyed to the extrusion press for aluminum extrusion, which lowers the possibility of contamination on the aluminum billets before their extrusion process. We must note that the hot cutting saw must be used with the preheat furnace together and can only be used after the preheat process.

Aluminum chip collector is available in automatic collection and recovery of aluminum chips, avoiding waste of aluminum materials.

Cut-to-length system
The cut-to-length system is manufactured by us independently, ensuring same size of the cut aluminum billets.

Saw blade
We adopt imported Italian saw blades to ensure high quality of our cutting saws.

Micro lubrication system
It is used for lubricating and cooling the saw blades.

As the extrusion press used by different customers might differ in extrusion capacity, diameter of the aluminum billets may also vary. For the aluminum billets with different thickness requires different saw blades in cutting and if used inappropriately, the saw blades will be consumed quickly. We are able to customize various hot cutting saws for the aluminum extrusion press with different production capacity.

600-1450T Extrusion Press
