Aluminum profiles, after being drawn by the stretcher, will be put on the cooling bed for further oxidation treatment and saw cutting. The aluminum extrusion process cooling table here at Shijia is available in 57m, with two operational modes: manual and automatic control available to meet your specific needs.

Features
- There are three conveyors for the cooling table optional: belt conveyor, belt conveyor chain conveyor, hydraulic walking beam system;
- The aluminum extrusion stretcher can be designed for one-man operation, which has a video surveillance, through which the stretching length and tension can be seen on the display screen;
- The automatic collecting device is available is able to achieve automatic collection, making it easier for recovery and reuse.
Construction
- Finish saw & gauge table: equipped with absolute encoder, enabling fast and precise positioning.
- Control system: configured from Schneider Electric
- Cooling table: adopts variable frequency drive to control belt speed, efficiently reducing friction of profiles.
- Stretcher: can be operated by single or two personnel, or without manual operation. It allows presetting of stretching length, stretching percent and stretching force, which can be automatically accomplished to ensure the consistency of stretching.
- Finished product sawing machine: feeding speed is adjustable, with self-lubricating function, ensuring high sawing precision and smoothness of cut cross-section.
