The aluminum billets that the aluminum profiles manufacturers bought from the suppliers are often in long sizes, which are not always suitable for furnace preheating, so saw cutting is a necessary step before preheating of the aluminum materials.

ShiJia is able to provide aluminum billet sawing solutions to supply customers with the desired aluminum billet sizes, then, the aluminum billet is available in a preheating process. This aluminum sawing solution can be used in an independent workshop, or be used as a procedure prior to the preheat furnace process, in which, after putting the aluminum billet on the work table, starting the aluminum sawing machine, which features automatic billet cut-to-length and stacking, available in providing aluminum billets with customized length to the customers.

Construction

Billet sawing machine
The billet sawing machine is designed for aluminum billets saw cutting, which is available in automatic operation based on the predefined values.

Roller conveyor
The aluminum billets, after being put on the roller conveyor, will be conveyed to the saw cutting machine later for cutting.

Manipulator
The self-developed collecting manipulator here at our company is able to collect and stack the cut aluminum billets.

Aluminum chips recovery unit
Each aluminum sawing machine is equipped with an aluminum chips recovery unit, avoiding materials waste.

As the aluminum extrusion equipment used by customers features different production capacity, the diameters of the aluminum billets also vary. The saw blades used for sawing must be consistent with aluminum billets with proper thickness, and if used inappropriately, there will be quick consumption of the saw blades. We are able to customize various automatic aluminum billets sawing machines based on the aluminum extrusion solutions with different production capacity.
