Aluminum Billet Casting Table
The main function of the aluminum billet casting table is to transform high-quality molten aluminum and aluminum alloy, processed from the smelting process, into semi-finished aluminum and aluminum alloy products. This is achieved by continuously pouring the molten aluminum into the crystallizer, where it solidifies and forms billets with a consistent cross-sectional shape.
The casting table consists of several integral components, including the crystallizer, a molten aluminum distribution system, a cooling water distribution system, and an ingot introduction system. Additionally, it features a control unit and a robust hydraulic system to ensure precise operation and consistency in billet formation. These components work together seamlessly to maintain the efficiency and quality of the casting process, making the aluminum billet casting table an important piece of equipment in aluminum billet production.
