Our intelligent warp tension control warping creel boasts a complex control system with an easy-to-use interface. There are four browsable pages on this interface, each showing ten warp beam positions for forty warp beam positions overall.

Control Functions:
  • Mode: The system operates in two modes: "Normal Mode" for standard warp control and pressing this button switches to "Beam Change Mode" (indicated in red) for automated beam rotation when yarn is pulled.
  • ON/OFF (√): A checkbox allows users to enable or disable individual beam controllers.
  • Current Tension: Displays the real-time tension values received from the sensors.
  • System Acquisition: Shows the target tension set by the user and acquired by the system.
  • Setting Tension: Allows users to set the required tension for production.
