Resistance butt welders are designed to forma forge-type butt weld between two similarly shaped metal paces without using any filler material. This welder operates with high efficiency and low cost, while handling the welding of different materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, etc. It is ideal for joining the ends of rods, bars, strips, rings, tubes, forgings, and fittings for the manufacturing of products like tools, window frames, and so on.

Water chillers are connected to a programmable stand-alone water recirculating system to provide precise water-cooling for the transformer, silicon controlled rectifier and water-cooling tubes supplied with electrode holders
