Coordinate grinding machine with continuous path capability for creating precise holes and complex contours in mold and die making
This CNC jig grinder supports continuous-path machining using linear and circular approximation to process hardened templates, mould cavities and punch profiles with arbitrary curve shapes. It also performs high-accuracy point-to-point grinding for hardened coordinate hole systems that require precise hole-spacing control.
Key Components
The X and Y axes use absolute linear scales from HEIDENHAIN, delivering stable dynamic performance and reliable high-speed movement.
The box-type base is reinforced with internal ribbing to provide high rigidity and structural stability, supporting consistent accuracy during long machining cycles.
