This hardness tester features precise structure design and the test force is directly controlled by force sensor, making the machine more compact, the loading of test force more stable and precise.
Controlled by CPU, the switching of objectives and indenters are automatically performed, the switching of location adopts mechanical and electronic for precise positioning, which prevents from damaging the indenters caused by mismatch between indenter and test force.

This hardness tester adopts integrated design of tester and computer, using Windows 7 operating system.
XHB-3000Z Digital Brinell hardness tester comes with 10 level of test force and 13 Brinell hardness test scales, making it suitable for testing various materials.
Three indenters and two objectives are automatically switched for measuring.
The software features function of calibration, allowing manual fine tuning and setting up of top and bottom limit for alarming, which ensures the measuring precision.
Digital screen displays indentation length, hardness value, measuring number, etc. Test results can be stored for checking or to be printed out by built-in printer.
Conversion scales allows selection for various scales of hardness.
RS232 port is designed for connecting to the computer for data output.
CCD camera is optional.

Applications

XHB-3000Z Hardness tester is suitable for measuring cast iron, steel, nonferrous metals, soft alloys and non-metal materials like rigid plastics, bakelite, etc.
