Sanitary Design
Cream extruder will stop automatically to prevent the cream from leaking everywhere when there is a failure. The biscuit supply chain is automatically cleaned and dried. Collecting trolleys are set under the sandwiching table to collect and remove the waste automatically.
Easy Operation
PLC and touch screen control are adopted for rapid sandwiching adjustment. Apex designs the biscuit sandwiching machine with convenient disassembly to realize rapid replacement of biscuit discharge moulds.
High Speed
The sandwiching speed is up to 600 pieces of biscuits per min for each single lane.

Biscuits are delivered by belt conveyor, vibratory chute and magazine feeder.

Applications
For standard machines:
Round biscuits (diameter: 30-60mm; thickness: 3-8mm);
Rectangle biscuits (length: 30-85mm; width: 30-60mm; thickness: 3-8mm)
For special machines:
The sandwiching machine processes super large or mini biscuits according to clients’ requirements (the maximum sandwiching speed will be changed relatively).
