Description:
Our ESD static elimination clothes use a high quality, conductive filament embedded with a circular section polyester filament, 3D dimensional tailoring and high quality zipper and button, then sewn through a multi-processing. The edge stitching is strictly controlled to ensure external dimensions perfectly fit the human body, and these clothes effectively prevent dust and other contaminants from diffusing through the clothes. Confirmed through a multitude of tests, the performance remains outstanding, even after more than 50 washes.

The most important fabric component in the antistatic clothes is the conductive filament, which is traditionally divided into 3 types:
carburizing conductive fiber
silver-plated conductive fiber
silver coated carburizing conductive fiber.

The wash period for the antistatic clothes varies with the selected conductive filament, while the silver plated coated carburizing conductive fiber clothes can be washed up to 80 times without losing their conductivity. For each fabric, there are different styles to choose from, and meet usage requirements for clean rooms ranging in levels of 10 to 10000.

Customization
Optional antistatic fabric: 0.25mm check design antistatic cloth or 0.5mm stripe antistatic cloth.
Fabric content: 98% polyester and 2% conductive fiber.
We can embroider words and trademarks based on the client needs.
Note: For requirements on conductivity, we use conductive filaments for sewing
