Chip Conveyor (Scraper Type Conveyor for Handling Metal Swarf and Chips)
Our scraper type conveyor is a type of chip conveying device geared to handling metal swarf and chips. It is equipped with tow special chains at both sides of the scrapers of which the height and intervals are customized. Meanwhile, a filtration system consisting of iron mesh recoil device, chip wiper, vortex separator, oil-water separator and etc could be added to the conveyor if required, helping promote the surface machining accuracy and reduce consumption of coolants and labor intensity.
