Our faucet is manufactured by usinggravity casting or low pressure casting methods, conforming to related Europeanand American standards. The product offers no sand hole on surface, no water leakage, uniform wall thickness and smooth innersurface.
The faucet is made of H59 copper which has copper content between 59% and 62%,zinc content between 36% and 40%, and Pb content lessthan 1.6%. Due to high quality raw material, the product is environmentalfriendly.
The faucet surface is firstly plated with 8-12μm thick nickel and then platedwith 0.2-0.3μm thick chromium, so its surface is smooth, bright, and uniform inglossiness. This also assures good corrosion and abrasion resistance. Ourfaucets have passed 300 hours neutral salt spray test and 36 hours acid saltspray test which exceeds related national standards.
