HUAYU twin head semi-auto stitcher is an ideal choice of large and medium size carton plants for stitching corrugated cardboard cartons by flat wire. Driven by four servo motors, the carton stitching machine gives outstanding stitching speed and high efficiency. Through touch screen, size adjustment can be easily operated.
This semi automatic carton stitcher with two stitching heads can execute single stitching, double stitching and reinforced stitching. It is suitable for single-sheet carton, double-sheet carton, irregular carton and carton with no cover. Whatever requirements you have, HUAYU twin head semi-auto stitcher can handle them.

Main Features
- Due to fully motorized adjustment, it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to change size.
- The corrugated box stapler can complete single stitching, double stitching and reinforced stitching at one stroke.
- The folded corrugated cardboard will be automatically counted in the feeding part. When the finished cartons are ejected from the stacking part, they will be bundled.
- The twin head semi-auto stitcher is perfect for large size cartons, providing high stitching speed and low labor strength.
- The stitches pitch can be automatically adjusted by computer. Generally, the stitches pitch is 30-120mm. The number is adjustable.
- The carton with bottom but no cover can also be stitched by this twin head stitcher.
