Description
The high speed folding and gluing line’s 1100 type folding carton machine is controlled by a servo motor. With the extended crash lock and 3m pre-folder sections, its maximum blank width reaches 1100mm and the processing speed is 500m/min. It is used to produce various boxes with a length of 17.81m and a width of 1.9m, including straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.

Application

The SMARTFOLD Ultra 1100 – PC is used to produce straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.

The SMARTFOLD Ultra 1100 – SL is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.
