Solid-liquid mixing system for dispersing poorly soluble powders into liquids
This powder liquid mixing equipment is specifically designed for dispersing powders that are difficult to dissolve. During the mixing process, this mixing equipment minimizes air incorporation while ensuring that all powders are pre-hydrated as they enter the mixing chamber. This innovative design reduces mixing time and prevents excessive shear on poorly soluble products, with the added option of recirculation for better mixing efficiency.
The system features a dust-free and loss-free powder suction hopper for feeding, ensuring quick powder feeding, wetting, and agglomeration-free dispersion. The powder is wetted and dispersed into the liquid under vacuum conditions, effectively preventing air from entering and improving reaction efficiency, with higher material utilization. This powder liquid mixer maintains a dust-free and clean workspace maximizing material utilization by fully incorporating all the powder into the liquid, resulting in cost-effective mixing and dispersion operation.
