Biscuits are fed by belt conveyor, vibratory chutes and magazine feeder. PLC and touch screen control are introduced to realize precision control.
Function: to sandwich one layer of double color/flavor cream or jam between two biscuits. Based on different allocation of cream or jam, the sandwiching machine can be designed with single or double stencil heads.
Capacity: up to 1200sandwich biscuits /min
Applications:
For standard machines:
Round biscuits (diameter: 30-60mm), rectangle biscuits (length: 30-85mm; width: 30-60mm)
For special machines:
Apex offers customization service for super large or mini biscuits. Mini sandwiches are typical from 25mm to30mm in diameter. The maximum sandwiching speed will be changed relatively.
