Six Dimensional Adjustment System
- Precise positioning
capable of precise adjustments in three dimensions for translation, one dimension for rotation, and two dimensions for pitching.
- Vertical lifting (Z axis)
utilizes a worm lifting structure with cylindrical linear guide support. Achieves large and stable load-bearing capacity with no back clearance and high-resolution transmission (less than 1 micron).
- Horizontal translation (X, Y axis)
employs linear slide guide and ball screw drive for horizontal translation. Features coarse and fine adjustment using a reducer, providing a smooth and high-resolution (1 micron) adjustment experience.
- Rotation and pitch (R, T1, T2 axis)
adopts a worm and wormwheel rotating mechanism for rotation and pitching adjustments. Offers coarse and fine adjustment using the same reducer, achieving high-resolution (1 second) adjustments with 360-degree full cycle rotation capability. Allows for ±30 degree adjustment in two-dimensional pitching.
