The rebar coupler is designed for joining rebars with a full tension capacity. It is suitable for the rebars in a variety of diameters ranging from Φ12 to Φ50mm. The connected bar ends can be in contact or parallel to each other. We can customize five series of rebars according to your requirements, including standard type, positive and negative turnbuckle type, different diameter type, wide mouth type, and nut locking type. These rebar couplers are widely used in architectural engineering, tunnels, bridges and more.

The Type of Rebar Coupler

1. Standard type:
It is used under normal circumstances.

2. Positive and negative turnbuckle type:
It is used when both rebar ends can’t rotate.

3. Different diameter type:
It is used when the diameters of two rebar ends are different.

4. Wide mouth type:
It is used when the rebar end are difficult to be center.

5. Nut locking type:
It is used when the required rebar can’t rotate. It joins the rebar by rotating the rebar coupler first, then locking the coupler and rebar using a nut.
