Description:

The 4" cut off wheel is an abrasive product used for cutting and grinding stainless steel, copper, aluminum, glass, stone, etc. The cut off wheel with flat surface is suitable for cutting, and sometimes the abrasive wheel is designed with reinforced surface, which enables it to be used for grinding. Its fastest working speed is 80M/S.

The regular sizes of the 4" cut off wheel are as follow. We can also produce other sizes if customers have special requirements:

Features:

High sharpness: For example, to cut 12mm 304 stainless steel with an ultra-thin cut off wheel (107*1.2*16mm), it takes only 3 seconds.
Long service life: For example, to cut 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 12mm, a cut off wheel with size of 107*1.2*16(mm) can be used for manual cutting up to 70 times, which is twice as long as ordinary grinding wheels.
High safety: For example, even if the rotation strength reaches 20500 RPM, the blade still would not break.
