Thermally Conductive Silicone Grease / Putty
Thermally conductive silicone grease/putty is a white or gray paste with an excellent thermal conductivity, and functions as a heat treatment medium for bonding heating elements in electrical equipment to the heat sinks. It is applicable to the surface coating of numerous microwave devices, including microwave communication, microwave transport equipment, microwave power supply, voltage-stabilized sources and more. These products all offer an excellent thermal conduction to the heat generating components.
- Wipe the substrates free of dust.
- Apply this thermally conductive silicone grease/putty on the to-be-bond surface evenly by painting, roll coating or screen printing with a brush.
Thermally conductive silicone grease/putty has a shelf life of 1 year when stored in a cold and dry environment.
Zhaoshun’s thermally conductive silicone grease/putty is available in different thermal conductivity, shown below. The last two numbers indicate the thermal conductivity: for example, 30 means a thermal conductivity of 3.0.
