Conductive Fiber Tip Tweezers
Conventional anti-static tweezers are usually made of stainless steel sprayed with special anti-static materials. In doing so, carbon black often remains on the surface, which does pose a contamination risk if the tweezers are not properly sprayed. In order to avoid this issue, VETUS began production of conductive fiber tip tweezers. The tweezers are made of carbon fiber and special plastic with an excellent elasticity, and feature an acid-alkali and high temperature resistance. Due to their excellent performance, the fiber tip anti-static tweezers have been the most widely used tweezers in the precision electronics industry. The conductive fiber tip tweezers are suitable for clamping precision electronic components. Due to the large contact area between the tip and clamped objects, the objects do not easily fall off, and damage to the precision electrical components is avoided entirely during the clamping process.
