Surface finishing system for filling cracks and holes in flat surfaces
The coating feeder is used for putty filling on a variety of panels with uneven surfaces. The application of the coating feeder on a coating line eliminates the need for manual filling, and improves productivity. The suitable materials include furniture boards, wooden doors, floors, MDF panels, inorganic plates, etc.
Working principle
The rubber covered roll on the coating feeder is coated in putty in order to fill panel surface pores as it passes over the panel. The filling roll is then used to wipe away excess putty for recovery and reuse.
