Fire Rated Aluminum Window
The fire rated aluminum window is made using an aluminum alloy profile material in the frame and leaf that is more than 1.5mm thick. It features an excellent sealing, and a high strength performance. The core component of the fire rated aluminum window (the fire rated glass) is made of a hollow caesium armor glass, which is not only fire-resistant, and has a heat insulation performance, but it is also sound resistant.
The fire rated aluminum window can also be equipped with an automatic door and window opening system, and connected to a fire control center. When a fire breaks out in the building, the fire window will effectively prevent the smoke and fire from spreading, thus facilitating evacuation.
Pangu’s fire rated glass windows are often used in closed evacuation stairs, fire access, or cable shaft, pipe shaft, flue, garbage, and other vertical pipelines near the well, as well as residential areas with high fire requirements.

The leaf is made of a hollow caesium armor glass. The inner core of the window frame is filled with perlite as the fire resistant material, and the contact position of the leaf and frame are glued with a fire resistant expanding seal tape, thus giving the fire rated aluminum windows an excellent fire resistance, with an ultimate refractory time of 90 minutes.
