The fire resistant fabric curtain is made of a double layer inorganic fabric, which features an outstanding fire prevention, heat insulation, and smoke prevention, offering a fire resistance for up to 3 hours.

The guide rail material can be hot dip galvanization, or a stainless steel, in which the hot dip galvanized steel is made through a surface electrostatic spraying treatment. Colors can be customized according to customer needs.

• The fire resistant fabric roller shutter door can contain a fire for up to 3 hours without the addition of a sprinkler system. This makes it ideal for areas with less water, or no sprinkler systems installed.
• Users can choose to install a spray system to ensure that the single point maximum temperature on the curtain surface is below 140 ℃, and the average temperature is below 78 ℃.
• The fire resistant fabric roller shutter door is equipped with a refractory system, mechanical transmission system and electrical control system, all of which can also be connected to the fire control center.

  Modern commercial centers often need to make fireproof partitions with complex shapes and large sizes, and an ordinary vertical fire resistant fabric curtain often does not meet this need, which is why we designed an integral type, and long-span roller shutter door.

  The fire resistant fabric curtain material of is soft and light, and features a flexible shape that can be made to be less than a 90° angle in circular or curved shapes.
