XIAOYA’s assembly press is manufactured for press-fitting of discs into a rim on a small rim production line. The offset between the wheel disc and rim is set manually, and an accurate positioning ensures normal operation of the disc and rim after welding.
Process picturesThe assembly press features a four-column structure to ensure the machine body maintains a better rigidity when working. This helps to increase the concentricity of both the rim and disc.
