Introduction
We can supply customers with 3 kinds of corrosion resistant super-elastic alloy, including 3J1, 3J2 and 3J3. This alloy is of Fe-Ni-Cr austenite precipitation strengthening super-elastic alloy. After solid solution treatment, it is of good plasticity, low hardness and easy forming. High mechanical property and elastic property are obtained by aging treatment after solid solution or cold strain. This super-elastic alloy has features of high strength, high elasticity modulus, weak magnetic, good corrosion resistance, thermal stability, etc. It can work under higher temperature, larger stress or corrosive medium conditions.

3J1 can work at a temperature of below 250℃.

Based on the 3J1 alloy, 3J2 and 3J3 are formed by adding with 5% and 8% molybdenum. They have higher heat resistance, and the operating temperature is improved to 350℃ and 450℃ respectively. This series alloys can also be used at low temperature (such as near -200℃).

Heat treatment process

3J1 Strip Solid solution treatment at 920~950℃ 2~4h aging treatment at 650~750℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace
Cold strain 2~4h aging treatment at 600~700℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
Wire Cold strain 2~4h aging treatment at 500~700℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
Bar Cold strain 2~4h aging treatment at 650~750℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
Hot rolled/ forged Solid solution treatment at 950~980℃ ≥4h aging treatment at 700~750℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
3J2 Strip Solid solution treatment at 970~1000℃ 2-4h aging treatment at 700~750℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
Cold strain 2~4h aging treatment at 650~750℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
Wire Cold strain 2~4h aging treatment at 630~700℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace.
3J3 Strip Solid solution treatment at 1000~1050℃ 2~4h aging treatment at 750℃, then naturally cooling in air or furnace
