Quick release mooring hook delivers safety and security to mooring operations. By utilizing electric mooring capstan (electric capstan), the mooring ropes will be dragged and hooked, to moor the vessel at the designated position. CCLPEC electric release mooring hook is configured with mooring capstan mechanism, locking mechanism, electric release mechanism, steel hooks, steel support structure, control panel, foot switch and base plate. Laser berthing aid system and mooring tension monitoring system are available upon request.
Features
- Electric release mode and manual release mode both are available. The mooring hook can be manually released when power failure occurs.
- Spark prevention and insulation design is adopted, with equipped engineering plastic alloy impact pads for energy absorption during hook release under high work load.
- Each hook can be disassembled by standard hand tools, easy maintenance and installation.
- In addition to on-site manual release option, remote release can also be implemented by using remote control panel.
- Mooring tension monitoring system is configurable for continuous measurement of tension load.
- The quick release mooring hook has self-locking function. Once the mooring operation is completed, mooring rope will be locked to prevent slipping.
