Notice 1: The power factor of inductive load is more than 0.4( alternative current), and time constant is over 7ms( direct current).

• Please cut off power supply when install, disassembly, wire and maintain the switch, otherwise the contact may be burnt out. Using the M2.3-M2.5 bolt, flat washer and elastic washer to fix the device when install the switch. Please adapt the tightening torque with 0.23-0.26N.m to install the switch at this time. Install the switch on the horizontal surface. If the installation surface is not flat, the switch may askew, operate abnormally and has shell damaged.
• About the setting of operating stroke:
  Please pay attention to the setting of operating stroke in the needle button specification occasion. Over pressing times leads to shorten use age. Please set the value according to the 70%-100% of post stroke(OT) specification value.
• About the insulation distance:
  

  The minimum insulating layer of switch should be 1.1mm, and the minimum spatial distance between terminal and installation plate should be the 1.6mm according to the EN61058-1.

  Please use the switch of insulation shield or clapboard to guarantee the insulation distance if the user can not ensure the needed insulation distance of components and parts.

• The conductor should perforate the terminal hole before welding the lead on the terminal.
• The power of soldering iron should below 60W, and the time should control within 3s. The switch function may deteriorate when the operating temperature or operating time is over the normal value.
• Please try to avoid soldering tin, if the soldering tin enters into the external switch, the switch may have bad contact.
• If the user use terminal to weld printing base plate in welding tank, the soldering tin may enter into the external switch, and the switch may have bad contact. Therefore, please adapt the manual welding.
• Please use the 110# lug plate plug bush and insert it vertically into the terminal when connect the terminal of lug plate.The terminal may be out of shape or have the shell damaged, if user put overlarge force on the transverse terminal.
