3D adjustable hinges can be adjusted from 3 directions (up and down, left and right, front and back) to adjust the distance between door and floor, door and its frame. The hinges combine aesthetics and practicability, featuring flexible opening and closing and wide application. It softens the noise from closing and opening doors, ideal for various applications.

Recommended door thickness is 38mm-45mm

Features

Convenient, 3D adjustable
The main advantage of this 3D adjustable hinge is its convenient disassembly, with a /- 4mm up&down/ left&right/ front&back adjustment. This effectively solves the problems of fine adjusting during the installation and after years of use. The opening angle is 180 degrees.
Sturdy and durable
The hinges are mainly manufactured with cold-rolled steel sheets and cold forging steel. The main parts undergo zinc plating and spraying treatment. Then, each batch of surface treated hinges are performed with a series of tests, like 72-hour salt spray test, acid and alkali resistance test, adhesion test after water boiling. The hinges have passed SGS test. Installed on the 100-kg test door, the hinges can still work normally after 100,000 opening and closing tests, without deformation.
