Features
- The agitator shaft is sealed using hygienic mechanical seal, and the gear unit is from world-renowned brands such as Germany FLENDER or SEW, with 36-53rpm of stirring speed. It can also be controlled by frequency converter;
- Inner body of the stainless steel liquid dosing tank is manufactured from 316L stainless steel or 304 stainless steel. It adopts internationally accepted ISO standard quick-fit chuck;
- The stainless steel liquid dosing tank is equipped with liquid level gauge (non-contact ultrasonic wave, static pressure variable transmission or glass tube type), breathing apparatus, steam sterilization outlet, thermometer (digital display or dial type), light hole mirror, several liquid inlet and outlet, and manhole;
- Internal material: SUS316L (imported from Japan);
- Internal degree of finish: 0.28~0.45μm;
- External material: SUS304 mirror finish stainless steel;
- Working pressure: atmospheric pressure;
- Working temperature: 60~100℃;
- Sterilization pressure: 0.15-0.3MPa;
- Sterilization temperature: 121~132℃;
