Introduction
FHRJ manufactures TIN and TIALM coated tungsten carbide rotary files for specialized applications. The wear resistance on a coated tungsten carbide rotary file is improved by 30% when compared to those without a coating layer. The coating enhances the surface hardness, abrasion resistance and cutting performance of the rotary file.
Parameters
YG8 tungsten steel machining part
Coating: TIN or TIALN
Diameter of shank: 2.35/3/6 mm
- The coated tungsten carbide rotary file is applicable for use in machine chamfer, rounding and grooves for mechanical parts.
- The coated tungsten carbide rotary file can be used to clean up the flash, burr and weld joints of casting, forging and welded materials.
- The rotary file is used to finish pipes and impeller passages.
- It can be used for art sculptures involving metal and non-metal materials, including bone, jade, and various stones.
- The use of a special welding technique ensures the weld strength acceptability remains over 99% and the weld joint doesn't wear down.
- The product uses a new type of YG8 tungsten steel, the hardness of which is 90-91, giving the file an excellent wear resistance.
- The shank is heat treated and difficult to bend. The HRC of this part is as high as 40-45.
- Concentricity calibration equipment is used to minimize the concentricity to under 0.1 mm.
