Characteristics Here at Xinghan, galvanized or galvalume steels are processed through rolling and cold bending for production of corrugated metal panels with differently shaped grooves. Our corrugated metal panel is designed with a light weight, which is about one thirtieth of the brick wall of the same dimensions. Despite the lighter weight, it has a higher bearing capacity. It also features high strength, great hardness, good thermal insulation, long service life and low maintenance. The panel is able to withstand impact, shock, bending, compression, aging, deformation, fire and rain. It is easy to install, thereby shortening construction period by over 40 percent.

Applications Our corrugated metal panel is primarily applied for roofing, ceiling, walling, railing and decoration in many occasions such as industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special building and large-span steel structure houses.
Production Process The corrugating workshop is equipped with three pressing and corrugating machines. There are 30 experienced employees and most of them have been working in the industry for more than five years. The daily output of each machine is more than 150 tons of corrugated metal panel.
