- Indirect heating reduces the need for large amounts of circulating air, leading to lower energy consumption. The dryer is insulated, which means that just 1.2 kg of steam is required to evaporate 1 kg of water when processing pastes
- The compact design reduces the overall size of the system while maximizing the heat transfer surface, resulting in shorter processing times and lower construction and operational costs
- Able to handle both heat-sensitive and high-temperature materials, the system uses different mediums like steam, thermal oil, and cooling water, offering flexibility for a variety of applications. It supports both continuous and batch operations
- Minimal air circulation means lower dust emissions and reduced solvent evaporation. In cases requiring solvent recovery or when handling hazardous materials, the system can be configured for closed-loop operation, reducing its environmental footprint
