CBR Loading Press
TBTCBR-2C is engineered for California Bearing Ratio (CBR) penetration tests on soil samples. This CBR testing machine is equipped with a frequency converter for 60Hz operation and features an optimized frame with a maximum load capacity of 50kN. The structure maintains a stable center of gravity during loading, while the large working stroke facilitates convenient operation in laboratory testing.
The central axis can be raised and lowered by motor drive for CBR penetration testing. The testing machine is also equipped with a handwheel for manual penetration when direct operator is required.

TBTCBR-III digital CBR testing machine is designed to evaluate the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of highway sub-bases and subgrades. It features variable compression speeds with a maximum load capacity of 50kN, and is suitable for testing materials with maximum particle sizes ranging from 25mm to 40mm.

CBR Test Apparatus is suitable for test of soils and mix materials (the grain size of the soil is less than 40mm) compacted with CBR mold so as to confirm the bearing loading ability of pavement, roadbed, subcrust as well as material layer of the roadbed to be designed. It consists of a twin column frame, proving ring, penetration bar, loading plate, micrometer, measuring device for swell increment etc. and easy to operate.

This is Multispeed analogue type CBR machine, having selectable speed rates of 1mm/min and 1.27mm/min.
It features a rigid two column frame with upper crossbeam, which can be adjusted in height and locked in position with locknuts.
The drive force is provided by a mechanical jack housed in the base cabinet
